Aurora provides one-on-one, in-home and community-based support for people across Minnesota. To receive services through us, you must be on Medical Assistance (Medicaid) and have an active waiver.

Who Is Eligible?
You may be eligible if you:
Are enrolled in Minnesota Medical Assistance (Medicaid)
Have or may qualify for a Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) waiver (like the CADI, BI, or DD waivers)
Need support to live more independently in your home or community
