Aurora was founded on a simple belief: care should feel human. We’re a Minnesota-based, values-driven organization committed to building real relationships, not just delivering services. Whether you’re a client, caregiver, or partner, we treat you with the respect and sincerity you deserve. We provide home and community-based services across all counties in Minnesota, supporting individuals in the comfort of their own homes and communities.

Our Mission

To uplift lives through honest care, heartfelt service, and unwavering integrity every day, with every person we serve.

Who We Are

We’re caregivers, administrators, and advocates who genuinely care. What brings us together is a shared commitment to:

Why We Exist

Because we believe care should be personal. Because we’ve seen the difference it makes when someone shows up with consistency and heart. Because the people we serve deserve more than a rotating list of names they deserve real support from people who know them.

Built on Trust

Trust is at the heart of everything we do. From the way we hire, to how we show up for clients and families, we hold ourselves to high standards because that’s what people deserve.
